The mission of the Ohio Guardianship Association is to promote the highest quality of ethical services by guardians and guardianship programs through education, networking and advocacy.
One way you can prove you are knowledgeable about standards of practice and ethics, as well as other guardianship practices, is by becoming a certified guardian through the Center for Guardianship Certification (CGC).
CGC offers an examination for guardians to prove their knowledge of guardianship practices and principles. For detailed information about CGC and what it does, or to start the certification process, visit the CGC website at www.guardianshipcert.org. Those interested in finding a certified guardian in Ohio can also do so from the CGC website.
Don’t be left behind! Consider becoming a certified guardian today!
